  4. Giles Is Saying This Quote, He Is Speaking To Mr. Hale. The Scignificance Is That They Asume That His Wife Is Also Involved In Witchcraft Because He Said She Was Reading Books And Hiding It. So They Later Accuse Her As Using Witchcraft And She Was Arrested.
